SafQ is a product line division of SDL Atlas. SDL Atlas is a global provider of testing equipment to numerous industries including textile, automotive, plastics, paint, chemical, toys, and electrical.

SDL Atlas has been formed from five different companies to combine their strengths. These are the Textile Division of Atlas Material Testing Technology, SDL, SafQ, Textile Innovators, and Raitech. Each of the companies brought strength to the group in the form of new products, additional market coverage, expanded industry base, and consumables offering. We gain additional benefit by being a Joint Venture Division of Intertek.

With over 90 years of history in the divisions of SDL Atlas, we have extensive experience in fulfilling the needs of laboratories, working with and understanding standards requirements, and providing service and support. We have offices in USA, UK, Hong Kong, and China in addition to representative offices in a dozen more countries. This gives us the capability to be responsive and support your safety testing needs anywhere in the world.

The SafQ Electrical Safety Testing Equipment is a selection of common testing equipment for Flammability Testing, Protection Against Water, Mechanical Durability, and Accessibility. They are used to test consumer appliances, enclosures, power cords, plugs, sockets, and other electrical and electronic items. All of these instruments conform to standards such as IEC, EN, UL, VDE, GB, etc.
